Telejusticia como nueva modalidad de acceso a la administración judicial en Venezuela

    El objetivo del artículo es exponer, por un lado, de una forma descriptiva y critica el complejo impacto de la digitalización del Poder Judicial en tiempos de pandemia SARS-COVID-19 sobre los valores judiciales fundamentales de accesibilidad, legitimidad, legalidad y economía de los sistemas judiciales. Y por el otro lado, analizar la llamada justicia electrónica y de que modos las TIC contribuyen en la modernización del Poder Judicial postpandemia. La metodología aplicada fue la revisión bibliográfica y hemerográfica, exhaustiva y actualizada en las diferentes bases de datos como: Scielo, Proquest, Academic One File, Fuente Académica Premier, Redalyc y Google Académico, sobre los informes oficiales en torno al sistema judicial venezolano. Conclusión, se están dando las condiciones para que el impacto del SARS-COVID-19 tenga consecuencias nefastas en el sistema judicial y por ende en el acceso a la administración de justicia, Venezuela no tuvo ni ha tenido el impulso deseado, ni está preparada para afrontar un cambio tan profundo, generado por las nuevas tecnologías. No obstante, la justicia digital o e-justicia se perfila como una nueva forma estructural de la administración de justicia, las TICs no es el futuro, sino que es el presente.

    The aim of the article is to expose, on the one hand, in a descriptive and critical way, the complex impact of the digitization of the Judiciary in times of SARS-COVID-19 pandemic on the fundamental judicial values of accessibility, legitimacy, legality and economy of judicial systems. And on the other hand, to analyze the so-called e-justice and how ICTs contribute to the modernization of the post-pandemic Judiciary. The methodology applied was the bibliographic and hemerographic review, exhaustive and updated in different databases such as: Scielo, Proquest, Academic One File, Fuente Académica Premier, Redalyc.org and Google Scholar, on the official reports on the Venezuelan judicial system. Conclusion, the conditions are being given for the impact of SARS-COVID-19 to have dire consequences in the judicial system and therefore in the access to the administration of justice, Venezuela did not have and has not had the desired momentum, nor is it prepared to face such a profound change, generated by new technologies. Nevertheless, digital justice or e-justice is emerging as a new structural form of the administration of justice, ICTs are not the future, but the present.
