    Para Nietzsche la idea de “igualdad para los iguales y desigualdad para los desiguales” debería ser la base del verdadero discurso de la justicia. Este artículo analiza la crítica nietzscheana a la idea de igualdad. Esta idea remite a la concepción moderna de humanidad, que transforma al hombre en un ser débil, indiferente y mediocre, de quien no se puede esperar un mejor futuro para él y para la sociedad. Nietzsche espera que algún día surja otro tipo de hombre, capaz de afirmarse a sí mismo.

    To Nietzsche the idea of “equality for the equalities and inequality for the inequalities” should be on the base of the true speech of the justice. This paper analyzes the nietzschean critic to the idea of equality. This idea remits to the modern conception of the mandkind that transforms him in a weak, indiferent and average being, whom nothing can be hoped to make another better and vigorous future to him and to the society. Nietzsche hopes that someday other kind of man arises, able to affirm himself, to build another values in which he can he recognized himself in all the complexity and diversity of his human condition.
