  Entre las celebraciones festivas canarias con figuras de animales recogemos la aparición de caballos fingidos realizados con materiales ligeros. En La Palma encontramos este tipo de manifestaciones en Santa Cruz de La Palma, Tazacorte y Fuencaliente. Proponemos la influencia francesa en su origen con nexos culturales provenzales, donde tienen similar nomenclatura.

  Among the Canarian festive celebrations with animal figures, we include the appearance of fake horses made with light materials. In La Palma we find this type of demonstration in Santa Cruz de La Palma, Tazacorte and Fuencaliente. We propose the French influence in its origin with Provencal cultural links, where they have a similar nomenclature.
