Afectaciones del docente universitario en el proceso de teletrabajo durante la pandemia

    El estudio se desarrolló con el objetivo principal de conocer las principales afectaciones del docente en teletrabajo, de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad de Guayaquil en el período de pandemia. Se recurrió a 70 docentes que desearon ser parte del estudio y que a través de una encuesta se recogieron datos que fueron analizados de forma descriptiva y correlaciona en un estudio cuantitativo que encontró que las principales afectaciones alcanzó a uno de cada cuatro docentes y que la afectación se dio en la salud de los docentes y en su economía, en especial en aquellos que tenían niños a su cuidado, pues como se sabe la pandemia obligó a resguardar a los menores en casa debido a que las escuelas cerraron como se indicó en la introducción, acompañado de que tuvieron que capacitarse y esto implicó gastos en ellos, cabe recalcar que estas situaciones se aplicaron al menos en uno de cada cuatro docentes.

    The study was developed with the main objective of knowing the main affectations of the teacher in teleworking, of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the University of Guayaquil in the pandemic period. 70 teachers who wanted to be part of the study were consulted and through a survey data were collected that were analyzed descriptively and correlated in a quantitative study that found that the main affectations reached one in four teachers and that the affectation it occurred in the health of teachers and in their economy, especially in those who had children in their care, because as is known the pandemic forced minors to be kept at home due to the fact that schools closed as indicated in the introduction , accompanied by the fact that they had to be trained and this involved expenses for them, it should be noted that these situations were applied to at least one out of every four teachers.
