    The study of runaway slaves was already quite evident by the historiography in recent decades. However, the majority holds that only in cases without questioning the network of solidarity, interests, tensions and conflicts that they activated each act of circumvention. So in this article, we try and discuss the possible motivations that led the captives to escape the daily review of the leaks and their attempts to survive after escaping, but also the fellowship of slaves with other subjects who experienced the world of slavery. For this, we will 273 ads for leakage and a police investigation.

    O estudo de fugas de escravos já foi bastante evidenciado pela historiografia nas últimas décadas. Contudo, a maioria se dedica apenas às causas, sem questionar a rede de solidariedades, interesses, tensões e conflitos que se acionavam a cada ato de evasão. Por isso, neste artigo discutimos as possíveis motivações que levavam os cativos à fuga, analisando não somente o cotidiano das mesmas e suas tentativas de sobrevivência pós-fuga, mas também o convívio dos escravos com outros sujeitos que vivenciaram o mundo da escravidão. Para isso, examinaremos alguns anúncios de fuga e um inquérito policial.
