  El presente estudio tiene por objeto analizar la reciente evolución normativa seguida, tanto a nivel comunitario como interno, de cara a intensificar el control sobre los criptoactivos y, por ende, reforzar en dicho ámbito la lucha contra el blanqueo de capitales y el fraude fiscal.

  The purpose of this paper is to analyze the recent regulatory developments followed, both at the community and internal levels, in order to intensify the control over crypto assets and, therefore, reinforcing the fight against money laundering and tax fraud in this area.
