    El objetivo del tema en correspondencia con lo indicado por nuestro presidente es afianzar el pasado para sostener el presente, tomar las enseñanzas de José Martí de irrenunciable solidaridad e incondicionalidad en las relaciones con el Caribe como génesis de su latinoamericanismo, por el apoyo conseguido en estas naciones desde 1877 y durante la preparación de la Guerra necesaria, es decir, tomar como referente histórico el recorrido de José Martí por el Caribe insular y en particular por Haití, donde además de recibir ayuda pudo ver de primera mano el panorama sociopolítico en el área. Este ejemplo precedente del Maestro, de ideas y de ejecutoria en torno a la región, permite continuar enfrentando la política de aislamiento diplomático de EEUU con una unidad e integración efectiva, desde lo identitario y lo económico como una necesidad imperiosa, alertada por Fidel, quien reconoció siempre la fuerza de un Caribe unido. Esta investigación relacionada con el tema de aspirantura a doctor en ciencias pedagógicas, ofrece métodos martianos a tener en cuenta para contribuir a la formación de una ética de la relación hombre-naturaleza-sociedad y que sea materializada en las acciones entre los actores caribeños, también tributa al proyecto institucional para el perfeccionamiento de la Historia de Cuba y al proyecto nacional: “Tendencias de la política exterior entre los principales actores caribeños y de estos con ee.uu. hacia el 2025. Implicaciones para Cuba”.

    The objective of the topic in correspondence with what our president has indicated is to consolidate the past to sustain the present, to take the teachings of José Martí of undeniable solidarity and unconditionality in relations with the Caribbean as the genesis of its Latin Americanism, for the support obtained in these nations since 1877 and during the preparation of the necessary War, that is to say, take José Martí's journey through the insular Caribbean and in particular through Haiti, where in addition to receiving help he was able to see first-hand the sociopolitical panorama in the area . This preceding example of the Master, of ideas and enforcement around the region, allows us to continue facing the policy of diplomatic isolation of the United States with an effective unity and integration, from the identity and the economic aspects as an urgent need, alerted by Fidel, who always recognized the strength of a united Caribbean. This research related to the subject of aspiring to a doctor of pedagogical sciences, offers Martian methods to be taken into account to contribute to the formation of an ethics of the man-nature-society relationship and that is materialized in the actions among Caribbean actors, also It pays tribute to the institutional project for the improvement of the History of Cuba and to the national project: “Trends in foreign policy among the main Caribbean actors and those with the United States. towards 2025. Implications for Cuba”.
