Resumen de Amigo - enemigo de sí mismo: déficit y destructividad. Un acercamiento a la enfermedad autoinmune

El presente trabajo intenta un acercamiento a la comprensión psicoanalítica de la enfermedad autoinmune desarrollada en algunos pacientes durante el proceso analítico. Pacientes que parecen atacarse como si tuvieran un enemigo interno. Cuando hay fallas importantes en las relaciones tempranas, la vinculación mente- cuerpo se bloquea, la personalidad se escinde, se estanca el proceso de subjetivación. La persona queda a merced de impulsos destructivos que se expresan en ataques al cuerpo y a su funcionamiento mental. Proponemos que en la enfermedad autoimmune la carencia o déficit inicial es tomada por la pulsión de muerte, dándose una fusión que incrementa la destructividad.
Reflexionamos cómo en estos casos se trataría de defusionar la reacción al déficit de la pulsión de muerte y alimentar, a través del vínculo analítico, la pulsión de vida.

This paper is an approach to the analytic understanding of autoimmune mental pathology developed by some patients during the analytic treatment. These are patients who seem to be attacking themselves as if possessed by an internal enemy. When there is a failure in early relationships, the mind-body connection is damaged, personality splits and there is a stagnation in the process of creating subjectivity. The person remains helpless in the wake of autodestructive drives, which attack the body and its mental functions. Our understanding is that in autoimmune pathology the initial lack or deficit is taken by the death drive, and the resulting fusion increases destructivity. Our idea is that in these cases there is a need to break this fusion of the deficit with the death drive and nourish the life drive in the course of the analytic treatment.
