    El presente artículo se centra en presentar a la responsabilidad social desde el ángulo de la ética. El enfoque del presente trabajo parte de un análisis descriptivo que permite entender el cambio de paradigma de la responsabilidad empresarial en su contexto social. De esta manera, aquel cambio se refiere a que anteriormente la RSE tenía como principal objetivo la generación de competitividad en el país. Hoy en día, se concuerda con nuevas concepciones de abordar la RSE. En consecuencia, el autor enfocará a la responsabilidad social desde una perspectiva de nueva ética y ello podría ser un eje transformador a favor de la población. Por ello, a lo largo del texto se podrá apreciar cómo la RSE se relaciona con el concepto de desarrollo sostenible dado que existe una línea de base económica, ambiental y social que requiere cambios llevaderos en el tiempo vinculados a la empresa. Segundo, se realizará un análisis de la reconfiguración de la nueva ética en la responsabilidad social. Para ello, resaltará la descentralización institucional y la promoción de liderazgos internos que renuevan la estructura piramidal y vertical de las empresas. Tercero, se desarrolla la evolución de la responsabilidad social en el Perú enmarcada desde la década de 1970 hasta 1990 resaltando los antecedentes históricos como la creación de las Conferencias Nacionales Empresariales (CADE) y sus discursos con enfoque de RSE. Y dentro de esa línea de tiempo se hará un especial énfasis al año 1992, dado que las empresas tuvieron una visión novedosa de estabilidad social y política. Cuarto, se mencionarán los otros aportes tanto a nivel legislativo como el de la academia y el de las Organizaciones No Gubernamentales. En conclusión, el autor reafirmara como la responsabilidad social puede ser enfocada desde el enfoqué de la ética.

    This paper focuses on presenting social responsibility from the angle of ethics. The focus of this work is based on a descriptive analysis that allows us to understand the paradigm shift of corporate responsibility in its social context. Previously, the main objective of corporate social responsibility was the generation of competitiveness in the country. Nowadays, there are new conceptions of developing CSR. Consequently, the author will focus on social responsibility from a perspective of new ethics and this could be a transformative axis in favor of the population. Therefore, throughout the text it will be possible to appreciate how CSR is related to the concept of sustainable development since there is an economic, environmental and social baseline that requires lasting changes over time linked to the company. Second, there will be an important analysis of the reconfiguration of the new ethics in social responsibility. To this end, institutional decentralization and the promotion of internal leaderships that renew the pyramidal and vertical structure of companies will be highlighted. Third, the evolution of social responsibility in Peru framed from the 1970s to 1990, highlighting the historical background as the creation of National Business Conferences (CADE) and its speeches with a focus on CSR. And within that timeline a special emphasis will be made in the year 1992 given that the companies had a novel vision of social and political stability. Fourth, the other contributions will be mentioned, both at the legislative level and that of the Academy and that of Non-Governmental Organizations. In conclusion, the author reaffirmed how social responsibility can be approached from the point of view of ethics.
