Mulher empreendedora: desafios e oportunidades

    Ser mãe, esposa e dona de casa são algumas das funções delegadas às mulheres há séculos e, por razões ligadas ao machismo estrutural e a culturas patriarcais, persistem sendo atualmente, muitas vezes, vistas como únicas atividades que podem ser realizadas com sucesso pelo público feminino. Entretanto, a partir do século XX, como um dos resultados do ingresso da mulher no mercado de trabalho, criou-se um espaço de discussão do qual faz parte o empreendedorismo feminino. Este estudo observa uma breve evolução do empreendedorismo, mostrando como a figura feminina vem obtendo lugar na cena empreendedora, de modo a investigar sua entrada no mercado de trabalho e algumas características da gestão liderada por mulheres. Ao seu fim, nota-se que, infelizmente, e apesar dos inegáveis avanços, frutos dos vários direitos obtidos pelas mulheres ao longo da história, a mulher ainda sofre prejuízos ao ingressar no ramo empreendedor.

    Being a mother, wife and housewife are some of the functions delegated to women for centuries and, for reasons linked to structural machismo and patriarchal cultures, they persist today and are often seen as the only activities that can be successfully carried out by the female public. However, as of the twentieth century, as a result of the entry of women into the labor market, a space for discussion was created, which includes female entrepreneurship. This study observes a brief evolution of entrepreneurship, showing how the female figure has been taking place in the entrepreneurial scene, in order to investigate her entry into the job market and some characteristics of management led by women. At the end, it is noted that, unfortunately, and despite the undeniable advances, fruits of the various rights obtained by women throughout history, women still suffer losses when entering the entrepreneurial branch.
