Resumen de Comunicación alternativa: de las bocinas populares a la hipermediación digital en Arequipa-Perú

  El artículo analiza el trayecto de la comunicación alternativa en Arequipa-Perú, aportando circunstancialmente al contexto en el que se desenvolvía, revisando cada peldaño histórico de la realidad social, cómo ha evolucionado y qué aspectos relevantes han trascendido en la epistemología de comunicación, considerando perspectivas interdisciplinarias y transdisciplinarias, como aporte sustantivo en este proceso evolutivo, en sus diversas manifestaciones plasmadas en los procesos subsecuentes en respuesta y acceso a la información pública. El objetivo fue analizar la comunicación social alternativa y el impacto en la epistemología teórica de la comunicación en la región Arequipa-Perú. La metodología es aplicativa con enfoque cualitativo documental, con perspectiva etnológica testimonial, aplicando un Delphi con especialistas en campo, contrastando con los nuevos escenarios digitales. Entre los hallazgos se evidencia que el cambio en los medios no ha logrado modificar las estructuras propias de la comunicación, las prácticas costumbristas se mantienen trasversalmente; a su vez, esquemas tradicionales se han fortalecido con el uso de herramientas digitales, las identidades culturales prevalecieron a las transformaciones tecnológicas. Se concluye que la academia como ha observado la realidad social, su lectura es aún disfuncional, al margen que los colectivos sociales han modificado sus perfiles en función a los riesgos que perciben.

  The article analyzes the path of alternative communication in Arequipa-Peru, circumstantially contributing to the context in which it developed, reviewing each historical step of social reality, how it has evolved and what relevant aspects have transcended in the epistemology of communication, considering perspectives interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary, as a substantive contribution in this evolutionary process, in its various manifestations embodied in the subsequent processes in response to and access to public information. The objective was to analyze alternative social communication and its impact on the theoretical epistemology of communication in the Arequipa-Peru region. The methodology is applied with a qualitative documentary approach, with a testimonial ethnological perspective, applying a Delphi with specialists in the field, contrasting with the new digital scenarios. Among the findings, it is evident that the change in the media has not managed to modify the structures of communication, customary practices are maintained transversally; in turn, traditional schemes have been strengthened with the use of digital tools, cultural identities prevailed over technological transformations. It is concluded that, as the academy has observed social reality, its reading is still dysfunctional, regardless of the fact that social groups have modified their profiles based on the risks they perceive.
