    Este escrito aborda el problema de la justicia en relación con el género desde las distintas perspectivas que recoge la teoría feminista actual. Parte del concepto de «opresión» que ofrece Young. Seguidamente, se ejemplifica cómo converge esa opresión en la situación de la mujer latinoamericana comentando un artículo de Anzaldúa. Más tarde, siguiendo a Fraser, se recuerda el reclamo de un concepto de justicia tridimensional frente a la injusticia institucionalizada por el capitalismo. Finalmente, se acude a Narayan que señala el papel de los grupos oprimidos en el sector del trabajo informal

    This paper tackles the problem of justice in relation to gender from the different perspectives that current feminist theories offer. It starts from the concept of «oppression» offered by Young. Then, it’s exemplified how oppression converges in the situation of Latin American women, discussing an article written by Anzaldúa. Afterwards, following Fraser, the demand for a three-dimensional concept of justice is remarked, against the injustice that’s institutionalized by capitalism. Finally, we turn to Narayan, who points out the role of the oppressed social groups in the informal work sector
