Gravitación de las concepciones geopolíticas confrontativas: las revistas especializadas de las Fuerzas Armadas argentinas, 1970-1983

    Analizaremos el corpus de artículos y exposiciones realizadas por militares y civiles argentinos en el marco de redacción de las revistas específicas de las Fuerzas Armadas argentinas entre 1970-1983. Para ello, realizaremos una aproximación teórica-metodológica en la búsqueda de las concepciones geopolíticas que gravitaban en este contexto histórico e intentaremos reconocer si existe o no una determinada dirección en las temáticas presentes en cuatro revistas analizadas, y en particular, en aquellos artículos que refieran directa o indirectamente al conflicto Beagle entre Argentina y Chile. La hipótesis a la que pretendemos abonar es que en el periodo 1970-1983 existió cierta gravitación de concepciones geopolíticas confrontativas dentro de tales revistas. Precisamente, en esta etapa en la que Argentina mantenía disputas con Brasil y Chile, se multiplicaron los análisis provenientes del irredentismo.

    This study analyzes the corpus of articles and exhibitions carried out by Argentine soldiers and civilians in the framework of the writing of the specific magazines of the Argentine armed forces between 1970-1983. We will carry out a theoretical-methodological approach in the search for the geopolitical conceptions that gravitated in this historical context, and we will try to recognize whether or not there is a certain direction in the themes present in the four magazines, and in particular, with those articles that refer directly or indirectly to the Beagle conflict between Argentina and Chile. The hypothesis to which we intend to subscribe is that in the period 1970-1983, there was a certain gravitation of confrontational geopolitical conceptions within such magazines. Precisely at this stage in which Argentina had disputes with Brazil and Chile, analyzes from irredentism multiplied.
