Resumen de Les ostracodes de l'Ilerdien (Eocéne inférieur) du bassin de Tremp (Espagne): Stratotype et coupes avoisinantes
31 ostracod species are described from the type-area of the Ilerdian where 8 sections have been studied, including the stratotype. Scanning-electron photomicrographs are presented for the majority of the species. Aulooytheridea luterbacheri, new species, is described. Dendograms (Otsuka coefficient and W. P. G. M.) for the Tremp (stratotype Ilerdian) and Areny sections suggest two distinct units: the Echinocythereis isabenana zone for the Early Ilerdian and the E. aragonensis zone for the Late Ilerdian.
