  • Resumen
    • In order to study the optimization of the prefabricated concrete frame building basedonthe dynamic equation of the eccentric structure's horizontal-torsional coupling. First, the author analyzes the characteristics of several current representative structural forms and the problems existing in the process of industrialization. Through researchonprefabricated houses at home and abroad, the key technologies involved inkeyprocesses such as design, component production, and prefabricated component installation are discussed in detail, and the problems existing in the existing technologyare analyzed. Then, for a single-layer eccentric structure with soil-structure interaction, the dynamic equation is established to solve the parameters that affect the dynamiccharacteristics of the eccentric structural system. Finally, combined with the actual engineering, the application status of the key technologies in the construction processisanalyzed, and the relevant research results are used in the project to verify the validityof the research results. The experimental results show that: Through engineeringpractice, we have a clearer understanding of the design and constructionof prefabricated buildings, and have a deeper understanding of related technologies, andalso verified the feasibility of related technologies in engineering.
