Este proyecto de gestión pacífica de conflictos utiliza diversas estrategias de mejora de la convivencia que se han convertido en la seña de identidad del colegio. El elemento nuclear es la mediación escolar, y el mayor peso de las acciones recaen sobre el alumnado. Desde el curso 2017-2018 han conseguido reducir el número de conductas «contrarias y graves» en un 80%, motivo por el cual se les reconoció en 2022 con el Premio Nacional Buenas Prácticas Educativas, que concede el Ministerio de Educación y Formación Profesional. El modelo está fundamentado en los postulados de las inteligencias múltiples de Howard Gardner y es exportable a otros centros de similares características.

This peaceful conflict management project uses various strategies to improve coexistence that have become the hallmark of the school. The nuclear element is school mediation, and the greatest weight of the actions falls on the students. Since the 2017-2018 academic year, they have managed to reduce the number of «contrary and serious» behaviors by 80%, which is why they were recognized in 2022 with the National Good Educational Practices Award, granted by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. The model is based on Howard Gardner’s multiple intelligences and can be exported to other centers with similar characteristics.
