    • Retraction Note: Journal of Physiology and Biochemistry (2019) 75:463–473 https://doi.org/10.1007/s13105-019-00698-0 The Editors in Chief have retracted this article after a request from the corresponding author. After publication, concerns have been raised regarding the data presented here, specifically:

The flow cytometry assay described in the Methods does not match the presented data in Figs. 2b, 3c, and 8c.

L-02 cells have been reported as contaminated with HeLa cells and therefore do not represent normal liver.

Western blots labelled as different proteins and samples contain potential repetitive graphic elements.

The authors did not provide raw data when requested or any further explanation for their request to retract this article. The editors no longer have confidence in the presented data.

The authors have not responded to any further correspondence from the editor or publisher about this retraction notice.
