  En el presente trabajo analizamos la posible relación entre la modificación del Código Civil operada por la Ley 17/2021 en materia de crisis matrimoniales con la Ley de Protección de los Derechos y Bienestar Animal de 2023, al entender que la entrada en vigor de esta última habrá de proyectarse en la aplicación de aquella por tener un elemento común: los animales de compañía.

  In this paper we analyse the possible relationship between the modification of the Civil Code brought about by Law 17/2021 on matrimonial crises and the Law for the Protection of Animal Rights and Welfare of 2023, as we understand that the entry into force of the latter will have to be projected onto the application of the former as they have a common element: pets.
