    El objetivo de este trabajo, se basa en discernir sobre los aspectos fundamentales del financiamiento sostenible y que, tomando como base la taxonomía de la UE se puede contribuir a solapar los efectos de los cambios climáticos y cumplir con uno de los objetivos del acuerdo de París, que es ofrecer financiación a los países en desarrollo para que puedan mitigar el cambio climático, fortalecer la resiliencia y mejorar su capacidad de adaptación a los impactos del cambio climático. Por ello, se utiliza una metodología de tipo documental, con un diseño bibliográfico, que permitió discernir sobre las diferentes posiciones que tienen los autores consultados. Logrando al final argumentar que existen grandes avances en esta materia, pero aún falta por hacer, siendo un largo camino y compromiso no solo de las autoridades de los estados quienes deben ser garantes de que las leyes y normativas se cumplan y ejecuten, sino también de las organizaciones empresariales y de los individuos, haciendo cada día más habitable nuestro planeta.

    The objective of this work is based on discerning the fundamental aspects of sustainable financing and that, based on the EU taxonomy, it can contribute to overlapping the effects of climate change and fulfill one of the objectives of the Paris agreement, which is to offer financing to developing countries so that they can mitigate climate change, strengthen resilience and improve their capacity to adapt to the impacts of climate change. For this reason, a documentary-type methodology is used, with a bibliographic design, which allowed discerning the different positions held by the consulted authors. Finally managing to argue that there are great advances in this matter, but there is still a long way to go, and it is a long road and commitment not only of the state authorities who must be guarantors that the laws and regulations are complied with and executed, but also of business organizations and individuals, making our planet more habitable every day.
