    El 6 de diciembre de 1982, en el marco del primer paro general acordado por las dos fracciones de la CGT, Alberto Piccinini junto a un reducido grupo de activistas torció desde la portería de Acindar la decisión de la UOM Villa Constitución de no acatar el paro. El objetivo del presente trabajo es la identificación del contexto, los antecedentes y las consecuencias de la adhesión al paro nacional de la CGT el 6 de diciembre de 1982 en la planta de Acindar, contra la decisión de la conducción de UOM Villa Constitución (intervenida por la dictadura militar).

    On December 6th, 1982, in the context of the first general strike agreed by the two fractions of the CGT, Alberto Piccinini -together with a small group of activists- turned around, from Acindar’s central gate, the decision made by UOM Villa Constitución not to join the strike. The objective of this study is to identify the context, the antecedents and the consequences of the adherence to the CGT national strike on December 6, 1982 at the Acindar plant, against the decision of the UOM Villa Constitución leadership (intervened by the military dictatorship).
