    La transformación digital de nuestras sociedades ha impactado de forma relevante en el Derecho y la Justicia, con cambios importantes tanto en el marco normativo como en las amenazas y desafíos que implica la digitalización, la cual, además, ha llevado a un cambio en las instituciones jurídicas que se ven afectadas de modo radical por las nuevas realidades tecnológicas.

    En el presente artículo, se pretende dar una visión general de cómo España y el Principado de Andorra han adaptado su ordenamiento jurídico a la sociedad de la información, enmarcando también algunos retos, como son la ciberseguridad y la brecha digital, así como las perspectivas de futuro en dichos Estados.

    The digital transformation of our societies has had a significant impact on Law and Justice, with important changes both in the regulatory framework and in the threats and challenges that digitization carries, which, in addition, has led to a change in the legal institutions that are radically affected by the new technological realities.

    In this article, we intend to give an overview of how Spain and the Principality of Andorra have adapted their legal system to the information society, also framing some of its challenges, such as cybersecurity and the digital breach, as well as future scenarios in such states.
