Resumen de Inversiones a plazo fijo y su incidencia en la gestión financiera en una cooperativa

  La investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los depósitos a plazos fijos desde el punto de vista externo (socios) e interno (gerente y jefe de captaciones con la finalidad de evaluar la el impacto de las inversiones de depósito a Plazo Fijo en la Gestión Financiera de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “15 de Abril Ltda.” Matriz Portoviejo, para alcanzarlo se inició con el estudio de la situación actual, considerando el número de socios con inversiones, luego se tiene evidencia de los estados de resultados en depósitos a la vista y a plazo fijo, los primeros han aumentado y los depósitos a plazos fijos han disminuido hasta septiembre de 2021. Se aplicó la encuesta a 343 personas con depósitos a plazo fijo, en donde respondieron preguntas relacionadas a la satisfacción en relación al servicio brindado por la cooperativa; la calificación dada por parte de los socios tiene un promedio de 4 puntos y el 59,77% invierten por la confianza que le tienen a la entidad; a continuación se entrevistó al Gerente General y al Jefe de Captaciones en tema relacionados a la gestión financiera y al proceso llevado para lograr captaciones de depósitos a plazo fijo y los más relevante fue que no existen estadísticas, registros o reportaría de indicadores que analicen el comportamiento de las metas y la evolución del portafolio de captaciones; finalmente se diseñó un plan de marketing comercial para fortalecer las inversiones a plazo fijo; la investigación tuvo un enfoque mixto, es decir, cualitativo y cuantitativo; Se realiza la propuesta de un modelo de gestión financiera, además de algunas estrategias de marketing que permitan mejorar la captación de los depósito a plazos fijo.
