Geogebra y el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes en matemáticas: Un análisis sistemático de la literatura

    Incorporar el software GeoGebra en las clases de Educación Básica Superior, es necesario para que los jóvenes potencien sus habilidades críticas y analíticas para solucionar procesos y problemas matemáticos, ampliando el pensamiento y competencias abstractas y a la vez aumenten su rendimiento; con la ayuda de un programa interactivo, dinámico, sencillo, atractivo, entretenido y gratuito. En este estudio se busca analizar la herramienta GeoGebra para la enseñanza de la Matemática en el mejoramiento del rendimiento académico de estudiantes a nivel de Educación Básica Superior. La metodología está fundamentada en el enfoque mixto. Se describieron y analizaron elementos básicos de artículos científicos arbitrados para detectar información útil y realizar los aportes pertinentes. Se realizó un análisis sistemático de la literatura, obteniendo 3 investigaciones, donde se mide la variable independiente GeoGebra y la variable dependiente de rendimiento. En esta investigación, se evidencia que el empleo del software GeoGebra mejora significativamente el rendimiento en los estudiantes de la asignatura de matemáticas. A medida que se usa el software, el aprendizaje va aumentando, además que el interés por la materia también fue creciendo, los estudiantes asimilan rápidamente las propiedades de los ejercicios, su interfaz es agradable para los discentes, influyendo de manera positiva en el rendimiento académico de los jóvenes. Mientras a más temprana edad comiencen a emplear GeoGebra, también mejor será su aprovechamiento y puedan efectuar abstracción, conjeturas e interpretación de los resultados matemáticos.

    Incorporating GeoGebra software in Higher Basic Education classes is necessary for young people to enhance their critical and analytical skills to solve mathematical processes and problems, expanding thinking and abstract skills and at the same time increasing their performance; with the help of an interactive, dynamic, simple, attractive, entertaining and free program. This study seeks to analyze the GeoGebra tool for teaching Mathematics in improving the academic performance of students at the Higher Basic Education level. The methodology is based on the mixed approach. Basic elements of peer-reviewed scientific articles were described and analyzed to detect useful information and make the relevant contributions. A systematic analysis of the literature was carried out, obtaining 3 investigations, where the independent variable GeoGebra and the dependent variable of performance are measured. In this research, it is evident that the use of GeoGebra software significantly improves the performance of students in the subject of mathematics. As the software is used, learning increases, in addition to interest in the subject also growing, students quickly assimilate the properties of the exercises, its interface is pleasant for students, positively influencing academic performance Of the youngs. The earlier they begin to use GeoGebra, the better their use will be and they can make abstractions, conjectures and interpretation of mathematical results.
