Resumen de La implementación de la estrategia curricular medio ambiente en la asignatura bioquímica del ejercicio físico

  La Educación para el Desarrollo Sostenible (EDS) empodera a las personas y las invita a cambiar su manera de pensar y actuar, por un futuro sostenible. Proponer orientaciones metodológicas a los docentes sobre cómo implementar la estrategia curricular medio ambiente, a partir de la clase encuentro en la asignatura Bioquímica del Ejercicio Físico, constituye el propósito de este trabajo. El nivel de transformación que se produce en la gestión de educación ambiental del docente y la autogestión del aprendizaje del estudiante, que propicie el cumplimiento de los objetivos del Modelo del Profesional, son aspectos en los cuales se centra la atención. Se empleó una metodología descriptiva, basada en el enfoque cualitativo con perspectiva interpretativa centrada en el entendimiento del significado de las acciones. Se emplearon los métodos analítico-sintético, inductivo-deductivo, el análisis documental y el enfoque de sistema para establecer los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos en la elaboración de las orientaciones metodológicas, mientras, la observación no estructurada, las entrevistas y encuestas destinadas a los profesores de la carrera Licenciatura en Cultura Física en el municipio Céspedes, provincia Camagüey, permitieron identificar insuficiencias en la incorporación de la educación ambiental desde las asignaturas del currículo, con la finalidad de asegurar el cuidado y protección del medio ambiente. La aplicación de las orientaciones metodológicas mostró una buena preparación de los profesores desde el punto de vista ambiental para el tratamiento de la estrategia curricular medio ambiente, así como un alto grado de satisfacción que contribuye al perfeccionamiento de la asignatura Bioquímica del Ejercicio Físico.

  Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) empowers people and invites them to change their way of thinking and acting, for a sustainable future. Propose methodological guidelines to teachers on how to implement the environmental curricular strategy, from the meeting class in the Biochemistry of Physical Exercise subject, constitutes the purpose of this work. The level of transformation that occurs in the environmental education management of the teacher and the self-management of the student's learning, which promotes the fulfillment of the objectives of the Professional Model, are aspects on which attention is focused. A descriptive methodology was used, based on a qualitative approach with an interpretive perspective focused on understanding the meaning of the actions. Analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive methods, documentary analysis and the system approach were used to establish the theoretical and methodological foundations in the elaboration of methodological guidelines, while unstructured observation, interviews and surveys aimed at teachers of the degree in Physical Culture in the Céspedes municipality, Camagüey province, allowed to identify insufficiencies in the incorporation of environmental education from the subjects of the curriculum, in order to ensure the care and protection of the environment. The application of the methodological orientations showed a good preparation of the professors from the environmental point of view for the treatment of the environmental curricular strategy, as well as a high degree of satisfaction that contributes to the improvement of the Biochemistry of Physical Exercise subject.
