Resumen
The present study is carried out with the purpose of knowing how Intel-lectual Property serves as a strategy within organizations to protect their Intellectual Capital, as well as their intangible resources. First of all, the elements that make up the Intellectual Capital and that are likely to be protected will be determined, and then it will be determined what is the legal framework for each of these elements, establishing a scheme of the modalities that exist in the field of Intellectual Property. In addition, the various models that have been used to measure the Intellectual Capital of organizations will be shown.
