    En el presente trabajo se procede al estudio de todo lo relativo a la confección del traje de la Tarasca durante las Fiestas del Corpus Christi de Granada, entre 1883 y 1936. Analizando el proceso de elaboración del traje, así como la convocatoria del concurso, su posterior anuncio en prensa, los costes del vestido y complementos, la adjudicación del concurso, las crónicas en prensa de la indumentaria, la identificación de las modistas participantes y el reconocimiento que adquirían con ello.

    In the present paper, we proceed to the study of everything related to the making of the Tarasca costume, during the Corpus Christi Festivities of Granada, between 1883 and 1936. Analyzing the process of making the costume, such as the call for the contest, its subsequent announcement in the press, the costs of the dress and accessories, the award of the contest, the chronicles in the press of the clothing, the identification of the partici-pating dressmakers and the recognition they acquired with it.
