    Las instituciones arbitrales, a las que las partes confían la administración de los arbitrajes, deben ser las garantes del recto proceder de los tribunales arbitrales, de ahí la importancia que tiene la transparencia en el modo de su designación, en la que las instituciones deben de tener un rol protagonista asegurando y propiciando también el necesario y aconsejable protagonismo de los propios interesados.

    The arbitration institutions, to which the parties entrust the administration of arbitrations, must be the guarantors of the correct procedure of the arbitration tribunals, hence the importance of transparency in the way they are appointed, in which the institutions must play a leading role, also ensuring and promoting the necessary and advisable protagonism of the interested parties themselves.
