  La calidad de servicio va más allá de cumplir con las expectativas del cliente, es ofrecer, a través de un servicio, beneficios que le hagan la vida más fácil a los clientes, en este caso a los niños, niñas ya adolescentes del cantón Durán en Ecuador. Es por ello que el objetivo de esta investigación es implementar estrategias para aumentar la calidad de servicio de la Fundación puro corazón en el Cantón Duran- Ecuador. Esta investigación se realizó bajo la perspectiva del positivismo, con el paradigma cuantitativo, y de modalidad de campo de tipo descriptivo. La población y la muestra estuvieron constituidas por 79 personas y niños que se benefician de la fundación. Los datos se obtuvieron a través de observación y la encuesta. Los resultados arrojaron la necesidad de mejorar los servicios ofrecidos por la fundación a fin de aumentar los beneficios que ofrecen a los niños y adolescentes desamparados del cantón Duran.

  The quality of service goes beyond meeting customer expectations, it is to offer, through a service, benefits that make life easier for customers, in this case the children and adolescents of the Durán canton in Ecuador. That is why the objective of this research is to implement strategies to increase the quality of service of the Pure Heart Foundation in the Canton Duran-Ecuador. This research was conducted under the positivism perspective, with the quantitative paradigm, and descriptive field modality. The population and the sample consisted of 79 people and children who benefit from the foundation. Data were obtained through observation and survey. The results showed the need to improve the services offered by the foundation in order to increase the benefits offered to homeless children and adolescents in the Duran canton.
