EL objetivo de esta investigación describir la Gerencia educativa como vía de autogestión comunitaria multicultural. Metodológicamente asumió la modalidad de investigación de campo apoyada en una recision bibliográfica, dentro del paradigma de investigación cuantitativo. La población objeto de estudio estuvo constituida por (30) comité educativo, (19) docentes que laboran en la institución. Para la recolección de datos se elaboró un instrumento tipo cuestionario de (18) ítems del tipo escala lickert y selección simple., la validez del contenido del instrumento se obtuvo a través del juicio de tres (3) expertos calificados profesionalmente, la confiabilidad de este fue dada a través del coeficiente de alfa cronbach. La confiabilidad del instrumento se estimó a través del coeficiente alfa de Cronbach cuyo resultado fue 0,90. Llegando a las siguientes conclusiones; un alto porcentaje de los encuestados establecen que la autogestión ofrece diferentes oportunidades para la solución de problemas económicos y sociales en las comunidades educativas, además se coordinan, organizan y planifican la autogestión comunitaria multicultural se recomienda que apliquen la autogestión comunitaria pues ofrece diferentes oportunidades para la solución de problemas ayudando a solventar sus propias necesidades y mantener la cultura y también lograr cambios que sean permanentes.

The objective of this research is to describe educational management as a way ofmulticultural community self-management. Methodologically, it assumed the fieldresearch modality supported by a bibliographic review, within the quantitativeresearch paradigm. The population under study was constituted by (30) educationalcommittee, (19) teachers working in the institution. For data collection, aquestionnaire type instrument was elaborated with (18) items of the lickert scale typeand simple selection, the content validity of the instrument was obtained through thejudgment of three (3) professionally qualified experts, the reliability of this was giventhrough the alpha cronbach coefficient. The reliability of the instrument wasestimated through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the result of which was 0.90.Reaching the following conclusions; a high percentage of the respondents establishthat self-management offers different opportunities for the solution of economic andsocial problems in the educational communities, also they coordinate, organize andplan multicultural community self-management, it is recommended that they applycommunity self-management because it offers different opportunities for the solutionof problems helping to solve their own needs and maintain the culture and alsoachieve changes that are permanent.
