    Analizar los elementos dinamizadores de la investigación académica como actividad fundamental en el contexto de la Ciencia Jurídica a partir de la revisión documental fue el objetivo planteado por el autor, dado que en la actualidad se conjugan una serie de métodos tendentes a la obtención de conocimientos, mediante una serie de pasos que cumplidos estrictamente, llevan la resolución de problemas, análisis e interpretación de los resultados, con el fin de mostrar resultados y generar conclusiones y/o deducciones que permitan la construcción de nuevos conocimientos divulgables en la comunidad científica. Se parte de consideraciones generales relacionadas a la Investigación hasta enmarcar el estudio específicamente en el campo de las Ciencias Jurídicas (leyes, doctrinas, lineamientos, entre otros). Metodológicamente, el mismo está basado en revisiones de diferentes documentos, libros y artículos colgados en la Web, relacionados con la investigación, tipos, metodologías utilizadas, objeto de estudio de la actividad de exploración, entre otros temas relacionados, siguiendo un orden y clasificación que permita depurar y establecer la información relevante y pertinente, además de actualizada y veraz enfocada en el contexto de las Ciencias Jurídicas, por cuanto es en esta ocasión el objeto de estudio de la presente investigación. Finalmente, la investigación en el campo de las ciencias jurídicas que se rige por el método científico que conlleva a identificar el problema, recopilar los datos en atención a la práctica jurídica, la realización de su análisis funcional y desde la interpretación de las normas establecer las consideraciones en el aspecto jurídico.
