Resumen de La vulneración al principio de celeridad en la tramitación de la acción de protección

  El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente la vulneración al principio de celeridad en la tramitación de la acción de protección. El enfoque que se utilizó el cualitativo, se hizo uso de varias fuentes bibliográficas a fin de conseguir información real y actualizada para poder alcanzar el objetivo planteado frente al problema jurídico en análisis. Se apoyó en las técnicas analítica–sintética ya que con este se pudo generar un saber superior puesto que, se añadieron conocimientos adicionales a conceptos anteriores y el método inductivo. Se empleó el fichaje y la entrevista, estás son técnicas que se utilizaron para recabar información bibliográfica. Se concluye que, se hace necesaria la creación de un juzgado especializado en gestionar causas de materia constitucional, que únicamente tramite garantías constitucionales, que son fundamentales para garantizar los derechos consagrados en la constitución, esto con la finalidad de dar mayor celeridad y brevedad.

  The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the violation of the principle of celerity in the processing of the protection action. The approach used was qualitative, making use of several bibliographic sources in order to obtain real and updated information to achieve the objective set against the legal problem under analysis. It was supported by the analytical-synthetic techniques since with this it was possible to generate a superior knowledge since additional knowledge was added to previous concepts and the inductive method. The file and the interview were used, these are techniques that were used to collect bibliographic information. It is concluded that it is necessary to create a specialized court to handle cases of constitutional matters, which only processes constitutional guarantees, which are fundamental to guarantee the rights enshrined in the constitution, in order to provide greater speed and brevity.
