    El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente la protección de inmigrantes y derechos de movilidad frente a las deportaciones masivas. El método de la presente investigación se desarrolló desde el enfoque cuantitativo, a través de la búsqueda, recolección y análisis crítico documental, referencial bibliográfico. Desde un diseño bibliográfico de tipo documental, cuya indagación de reflexión crítica, se construyó el método de análisis del fenómeno estudiado, considerando leyes, normas, acuerdos, tratados internacionales, tesis lo que condujo a la obtención de información relevante, la construcción del tejido teórico y la generación de las conclusiones. Se concluye que, la protección de inmigrantes se deben respetar los derechos de movilidad tanto de Ecuador como Colombia. La protección inmediata y efectiva de derechos fundamentales o humanos frente al poder estatal, es una medida para prevenir vulneraciones en contra de grupos migratorios, por medio de las instancias judiciales y el respeto a instrumentos internacionales.

    ABSTRACT The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the protection of immigrants and mobility rights in the face of mass deportations. The method of this research was developed from the quantitative approach, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic reference. From a bibliographic design of documentary type, whose inquiry of critical reflection, the method of analysis of the studied phenomenon was constructed, considering laws, norms, agreements, international treaties, theses, which led to the obtaining of relevant information, the construction of the theoretical fabric and the generation of the conclusions. It is concluded that the protection of immigrants must respect the mobility rights of both Ecuador and Colombia. The immediate and effective protection of fundamental or human rights against state power is a measure to prevent violations against migratory groups, through judicial instances and respect for international instruments.
