Plan de diseño organizacional para la empresa de servicio tecnico de articulos de linea blanca Servtex

    La presente investigación está centrada específicamente en analizar la situación actual y plantear la elaboración de un plan de diseño organización, como una solución específica para mejorar el ambiente laboral en la empresa de servicio técnico de artículos de línea blanca Servtex.

    La empresa Servtex es una empresa que se dedica específicamente al servicio técnico de artículos de línea blanca, en las distintas provincias que son: El oro, Los Ríos, Cuenca, Loja, cuyas oficinas administrativas se encuentran ubicadas en la ciudad de Guayaquil, provincia del Guayas.

    Luego de una investigación realizada dentro de la empresa Servtex, se constató que presenta inconvenientes en el momento de asignar funciones, debido a que todos los empleados no tienen bien claro el papel que desempeñan, no había un orden jerárquico dentro de la misma. En muchas ocasiones el personal, que allí labora, se encarga de realizar actividades que no están acordes a su cargo o puesto de trabajo, es decir, solo se dedican a acatar órdenes impuestas por superiores, o realizan sus funciones de acuerdo a lo que se le fue explicado en su tiempo de prueba, de esta manera se está fomentando que los empleados descuiden funciones que realmente son de su responsabilidad.

    El presente artículo tiene el propósito de dar a conocer como un plan de diseño organizacional es muy necesario cuando existe una problemática muy clara dentro de la empresa de servicio técnico de línea blanca Servtex, en la que urge tomar correctivos, ya que la mayoría del personal que allí labora, se encuentran realizando funciones que no sean su responsabilidad de ellos y que conlleva a que descuiden sus actividades principales.

    The present investigation is specifically focused on analyzing the current situation and proposing the elaboration of an organization design plan, as a specific solution to improve the work environment in the Servtex white goods technical service company.

    The company Servtex is a company that is dedicated specifically to the technical service of white goods, in the different provinces that are: Gold, Los Ríos, Cuenca, Loja, whose administrative offices are located in the city of Guayaquil, province of Guayas.

    After an investigation carried out within the company Servtex, it was found that it has drawbacks at the time of assigning functions, because all employees are not clear about the role they play, there was no hierarchical order within it. In many occasions the personnel, who work there, are in charge of carrying out activities that are not according to their position or job, that is, they only dedicate themselves to following orders imposed by superiors, or perform their functions according to what is it was explained to him in his time of trial, in this way he is encouraging that the employees neglect functions that really are their responsibility.

    The purpose of this article is to make known how an organizational design plan is very necessary when there is a very clear problem within the Servtex white-line technical service company, in which it is urgent to take corrective measures, since most of the personnel that they work there, they are performing functions that are not their responsibility and that lead to neglecting their main activities.
