Resumen de Qualidade de vida no trabalho: Um estudo de caso em uma cooperativa agrícola do Rio Grande do Sul

  The quality of life at work is of great value to employees and the organization, as it seeks the satisfaction of workers and human development in the workplace, providing adequate conditions so that they can perform their tasks and activities with comfort and safety, bringing good results and productivity to the organization. This study aims to identify how the employees of the Cooperativa Camnpal of Nova Palma-RS evaluate their Quality of Life at Work. Regarding the analysis of employees in relation to their working conditions, it can be seen: the employees believe that they are regular, believe that the conditions are good; they would not like to change something in the work environment; they are anxious, recognize that they are overworked, and believe that their QWL is regular. It is concluded that although the cooperative does not have QVT programs, the collected data can contribute to the organization to understand how the work environment is being evaluated and thus to create strategies to favor them.

  A qualidade de vida no trabalho é de grande valia para os colaboradores e a organização, já que busca por satisfação dos trabalhadores e o desenvolvimento humano no ambiente de trabalho, proporcionando condições adequadas para que estes possam exercer suas tarefas e atividades com conforto e segurança, trazendo bons resultados e produtividade para a organização. Este estudo tem por objetivo identificar como os colaboradores da Cooperativa Camnpal de Nova Palma-RS avaliam sua Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho. Sobre a análise dos colaboradores em relação as suas condições de trabalho pode-se perceber: os colaboradores acreditam que são regulares, acreditam que as condições são boas; não gostariam de mudar algo no ambiente de trabalho; os mesmos notam-se ansiosos, reconhecem estar sobrecarregados e acreditam que sua QVT é regular. Conclui-se que embora a cooperativa não tenha programas voltado à QVT os dados coletados podem contribuir para a organização entender como o ambiente de trabalho está sendo avaliado e com isso criar estratégias para favorecê-los.
