Resumen de Estudio cienciométrico de la revista boliviana de física con elementos de análisis de redes complejas

  Resumen Se llevo a cabo un análisis bibliométrico de la Revista Boliviana de Física (RBF) desde tres perspectivas: utilizando estadísticas descriptivas, clasificando variables con respecto al tamano del rango y utilizando análisis de redes complejas. En el primer enfoque, se consideraron los aspectos relacionados con el numero de artículos, autores, instituciones y países presentes en cada una de las ediciones de la RBF y su evolucion. En el segundo, se buscaron variables ordenadas por rango con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento o no de leyes de potencia. Finalmente, se construyeron diferentes tipos de redes complejas concernientes a los países de las instituciones a las que estan afiliados los autores con el fin de caracterizar aspectos tales como diversidad, colaboracion, productividad e influencia.

  Abstract A bibliometric analysis of the Revista Boliviana de Física (RBF) was carried out from three perspectives: using descriptive statistics, classifying variables concerning the size of the range and using complex network analysis. In the first approach, we considered aspects related to the number of articles, authors, institutions, and countries present in each of the editions of the RBF and its evolution. In the second, we searched variables ordered by rank to verify compliance or not of power laws. Finally, we built different types of complex networks related to the countries of the institutions to which the authors are affiliated with the aim of characterizing aspects such as diversity, collaboration, productivity, and influence.
