La igualdad en la Agenda 2030: un reto histórico del Estado

    El presente artículo plantea una reflexión sobre los retos del Estado frente al cumplimiento de la agenda 2030 en torno a la búsqueda de igualdad, dadas las contradicciones que se dan en esta desde su origen y hasta el actual escenario capitalista del siglo XXI, abordando para ello cuatro ejes de análisis: los derechos humanos, el desarrollo, las políticas públicas y la participación.

    La metodología de análisis implica una revisión documental que aborda antecedentes históricos y su influencia en la actualidad, retoma planteamientos críticos y aportaciones de estudios con énfasis en América Latina que evidencian la diferencia entre lo planteado como objetivos universales y la realidad capitalista que viene desde la modernidad, hace alusión al esfuerzo colombiano por cumplir estas políticas.

    El método utilizado consiste en el relacionamiento entre la crítica teórica de cada uno de los conceptos, su relación con la agenda 2030 y el contexto colombiano.

    Las conclusiones muestran problemas del sistema capitalista desde su puesta en marcha y los desafíos estructurales vigentes en los territorios y pobladores en América Latina hasta los aspectos que dan real importancia a la humanidad y al medio ambiente los cuales están en inminente peligro.

    This article reflects on the starting challenges of the State in the face of compliance with the 2030 Agenda around the search for equality, given the contradictions that arise from its origin and current capitalist scenario of the 21st century, addressing four axes of analysis.: human rights, development, public policies and participation. The methodology accounts for a documentary review addressing historical background and its influence today, taking up critical approaches and contributions from studies with an emphasis on Latin America, which show the difference between what is proposed as universal objectives and the capitalist reality that comes from modernity., ultimately alluding to the Colombian effort to comply with these policies. The method used consists of the relationship between the theoretical criticism of each of the concepts, its relationship with the 2030 Agenda and the Colombian context. The conclusions show problems of the capitalist system since its implementation and structural challenges fully in force in the territories and inhabitants in Latin America, which make necessary other visions that give real importance to humanity and the environment, which are in imminent danger.
