Peronismo y formación laboral: Política y pedagogía en las Escuelas de Aprendizaje en San Luis

    ste trabajo indaga las Escuelas de Aprendizaje en la provincia de San Luis, buscando dar a conocer uno de los aspectos menos investigado de las políticas educativas en el primer peronismo. Nuestro interés es el de acercarnos a la comprensión y la interpretación de las implicancias pedagógicas y las singularidades culturales y sociales que adquirió esa formación en el contexto local, dentro del tramado político que el movimiento impuso a la educación desde la implementación de los Planes Quinquenales, a partir de los que se buscó reformar el sistema educativo. En este contexto, en parte por la intención de modificar la histórica relación de subordinación de los saberes manuales a la formación enciclopedista se impulsó la creación de la Comisión Nacional del Aprendizaje y Orientación Profesional (en adelante C.N.A.O.P), además de abrirse numerosas Escuelas Fábricas, en el marco de un proceso sobre el que se han realizado diversas interpretaciones que van desde la integración a la discriminación. El interés por comprender sus fundamentos pedagógicos radica en que se trata de un aspecto escasamente indagado, si consideramos la relevancia de la propuesta, sobre la que no existen producciones en la mencionada provincia. Para esta indagación contamos con la posibilidad de acceder a los archivos inéditos de la Dirección de las Escuelas de aprendizaje, encabezada por el Profesor Guillermo Albornoz, donde se produjo la revista “El aprendiz”. Esta, era el órgano de difusión de las políticas de la dirección que funcionó hasta el golpe eclesiástico- cívico- militar de 1955.

    This work investigates the Schools of Learning in the province of San Luis, seeking to publicize one of the least investigated aspects of educational policies in the first Peronism. Our interest is to approach the understanding and interpretation of the pedagogical implications and the cultural and social singularities that this formation acquired in the local context, within the political framework that the movement imposed on education since the implementation of the Five-Year. Plans, from which it was sought to reform the educational system.In this context, partly due to the intention of modifying the historical relationship of subordination of manual knowledge to encyclopedic training, the creation of the National Commission for Professional Learning andGuidance (hereinafter C.N.A.O.P) was promoted, in addition to opening numerous Factory Schools, within the framework of a process on which various interpretations have been made, ranging from integration to discrimination. The interest in understanding its pedagogical foundations lies in the fact that it is an aspect that has hardly been investigated, if we consider the relevance of the proposal, on which there are no productions in the province.For this investigation we have the possibility of accessing the unpublished archives of the Directorate of Learning Schools, headed by Professor Guillermo Albornoz, where the magazine "El aprendiz" was produced. This was the organfor disseminating the policies of the leadership that functioned until the ecclesiastical-civic-military coup of 1955.
