    El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo caracterizar el nivel de aprendizaje del contenido “Recursos Naturales” en los alumnos de octavo grado de la Escuela Secundaria Básica Urbana Roberto Rodríguez Fernández del municipio Morón desde la Geografía. La propuesta general se sustenta en la dialéctica materialista con la lógica de las indagaciones de carácter teórico y empíricas de búsqueda de solución a las insuficiencias planteadas. Fue realizada una investigación de tipo descriptiva-exploratoria. La utilización de métodos del nivel teórico como el analítico-sintético, inductivo-deductivo e histórico-lógico, permitió la fundamentación teórica del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Geografía en octavo grado. Con el empleo de métodos y técnicas del nivel empírico como la observación participante, la revisión documental, pruebas de conocimientos a alumnos, la entrevista a profesores, así como el procedimiento matemático análisis porcentual, se realiza la caracterización del aprendizaje del contenido “Recursos Naturales” en los alumnos de octavo grado.

    The present work has as objective to characterize the level of learning of the content “Natural Resources” in the students of eighth degree of the Urban Basic high school Roberto Rodríguez Fernandez of the municipality Moron from the Geography. The general proposal is sustained in the dialectical one materialistic with the logic of the theoretical and empiric inquiries of character of solution search to the outlined inadequacies. A descriptive-exploratory type investigation was carried out. The use of methods of the theoretical level as the analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive and historical-logical, allowed the theoretical foundation of the process of teaching-learning of the Geography in eighth degree. With the employment of methods and technical of the empiric level as the participant observation, the documental revision, tests of knowledge to students, the interview to professors, as well as the procedure mathematical percentage analysis, is carried out the characterization of the learning of the contained Natural Resources in the students of eighth degree.
