    Se expone en este trabajo, desde una perspectiva amplia y general, los hechos ycircunstancias más relevantes de diferentes regulaciones estatales del arbitrajelaboral en los distintos periodos políticos por los que ha transitado la institución,desde sus orígenes hasta el año 1977, al objeto de extraer de su marco normativolos aspectos y acciones más significativos del sistema de solución arbitral a lolargo de su historia normativa. El método empleado para ello se ha basado en larevisión bibliográfica que sobre el tema objeto de investigación se ha publicadoy en el análisis del marco legal obtenido a través de la colección histórica de laagencia estatal del boletín oficial del Estado.

    This paper presents, from a broad and general perspective, the most relevant factsand circumstances of different state regulations of labor arbitration in the differentpolitical periods through which the institution has traveled, from its originsuntil 1977, in order to extract from its regulatory framework the most significantaspects and actions of the arbitration settlement system throughout its normativehistory. The method used for this has been based on the bibliographic review thathas been published on the subject under investigation and on the analysis of thelegal framework obtained through the historical collection of the state agency ofthe official State gazette.
