    A través del presente artículo se procura despertar el interés por una realidad significativa en la vida de los seres humanos como lo es la posibilidad del silencio dentro de los procesos de conocimiento, comunicación y la construcción de la vida interior. Un proceso de discernimiento desde la experiencia del silencio interior es el medio más eficaz por el que se llega al conocimiento de sí mismo y al cuidado necesario para fortalecer la vida y crecer interiormente; el silencio interior, es el terreno fértil para fortalecer el crecimiento y el cuidado de sí.

    En ese sentido, se reconoce que el silencio y la escucha son actitudes humanas que permiten aprovechar el acercamiento y la comprensión del cosmos y su estrecha relación con la esencia humana en el devenir de la vida, sobre todo, en horas de vértigo y ruido en donde aún sigue siendo posible para la mente y el corazón humano reconocer que su espíritu está necesitado del silencio interior, por el que siente también fascinación. Hacer silencio genera fecundidad y la capacidad transformadora de la vida.

    Through this article we try to awaken interest in a significant reality in the life of human beings such as the possibility of silence within the processes of knowledge, communication and the construction of inner life. A process of discernment from the experience of inner silence, is the most effective means by which one reaches the knowledge of oneself and the necessary care to strengthen life and grow internally; inner silence is the fertile ground to strengthen growth and self-care.

    In this sense, it is recognized that silence and listening are human attitudes that make it possible to take advantage of the approach and understanding of the cosmos and its close relationship with the human essence in the future of life, especially in hours of vertigo and noise in where it is still possible for the human mind and heart to recognize that its spirit is in need of inner silence, for which it also feels a fascination.Silence generates fertility and the transforming capacity of life.
