57 species of Upper Jurassic (Callovian Stage) foraminifera have been recovered from a Lower Oxford Clay pit near Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. These are listed and some are illustrated and include two new species: Planularia halli and Ophthalmidium dyeri. The assemblages are compared with those obtained from equivalent and older beds at other English localities and the suprafamilial variation in them noted.
