    Este trabajo se centrará en el análisis de la Organización Latinoamericana y del Caribe de Entidades Fiscalizadoras Superiores (Olacefs). La hipótesis planteada es que se trata de un sujeto del derecho administrativo global, una red transnacional de entidades fiscalizadoras superiores con un alto nivel de formalidad. Esto dado que es posible identificar en ella elementos, características y actividades representativas de los actores del espacio administrativo global, como el desarrollo de actividades normativas y la presencia de mecanismos jurídicos asimilables a instituciones propias del derecho administrativo clásico, destinados a legitimar y democratizar el rol de la organización en el espacio jurídico global.

    This paper will focus on the analysis of the Latin American and Caribbean Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions. The hypothesis proposed is that it is a subject of global administrative law, a transnational network of supreme audit institutions with a high level of formality. This is because it is possible to identify in its elements, characteris-tics and activities representative of the actors of the global administrative space, such as the development of normative activities and the presence of legal mechanisms assimilated to institutions of classical Administrative Law, aimed at legitimizing and democratizing the role of the organization in the global legal space.
