    La presente ponencia es producto de la investigación terminada titulada "Estudio jurisprudencial y doctrinal: justicia restaurativa como finalidad del sistema de responsabilidad penal para adolescentes" del grupo de hermenéutica jurídica y ha sido presentada y expuesta en el PROGRAMA DE MAESTRÍA EN DERECHO DE FAMILA, de la FACULTAD DE DERECHO de la UNIVERSIDAD AUTÓNOMA DE BUCARAMANGA, el día 21 de abril de 2010.
