    Resumen: El artículo trata del análisis figura del Agente oficioso en el campo procesal colombiano, como institución poco utilizada en nuestro medio, salvo en la Acción de Tutela donde aparece aplicada por su enunciación puntual en el texto legislativo que regula la acción de protección de Derechos Fundamentales.
