  • Resumen
    • The aim of the present report is to reflect, with regard to recent European and Spanish Case Law about belonging to a sect as a possible Iimitation to the right of parents to choose their children's education. For this we will refer, in the first place and separately, to the right of parents to choose their children's education and to the sect phenomenon. In the second place, we will analyse the possible consequences of belonging to a sect in relation to the so-called parental educational right in the light of the three judgements of the European Court of Human Rights, the Spanish Constitutional Court, and lhe Spanish Supreme Court respectively.
