    El objetivo del trabajo fue analizar las necesidades de capacitación de los docentes de Educación Física bajacalifornianos, para la detección de los contenidos que formarán parte de un programa de capacitación, para ello, se tomó en cuenta los contenidos emitidos por la Secretaría de Educación Pública, los expuestos en algunos Programas de Unidades de Aprendizaje analizados y por las necesidades de actualización expresadas por los maestros que fueron encuestados. Se utilizó una metodología descriptiva con enfoque mixto. La encuesta utilizada se validó mediante el juicio de expertos, seleccionando a 13 especialistas a través de un biograma, donde la validez del contenido del cuestionario se halló por el coeficiente de Kendal obteniéndose valores de concordancia de 0.80 a 0.89 entre los expertos, en cada una de las 11 preguntas analizadas, la validez de la encuesta fue hallada por la técnica Delphi obteniendo como resultados de claridad y coherencia valor de 84.6%, y de pertinencia 92.3% y la fiabilidad del cuestionario fue de 0.910, hallada por el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach. El instrumento se aplicó a 558 docentes bajacalifornianos, de manera aleatoria, no probabilística por conveniencia, obteniéndose como resultados más reveladores que, en cuanto a la formación, un 23% necesitaban capacitarse en todos los contenidos, un 19% en evaluación y el 16% en planificación. De los temas seleccionados, por los maestros encuestados, donde más necesitan capacitarse son en la evaluación y planificación, también mencionan la Gamificación, el manejo socioemocional y las herramientas digitales, temas que no fueron encontrados en los documentos revisados.

    The objective of the work was to analyze the training needs of Baja Californian Physical Education teachers, for the detection of the contents that will be part of a training program, for this, the contents issued by the Ministry of Public Education were taken into account, those exposed in some Learning Unit Programs analyzed and by the updating needs expressed by the teachers who were surveyed. A descriptive methodology with a mixed approach was used. The survey used was validated through expert judgment, selecting 13 specialists through a biogram, where the validity of the questionnaire content was found by the Kendal coefficient, obtaining concordance values of 0.80 to 0.89 between the experts, in each of the 11 questions analyzed, the validity of the survey was found by the Delphi technique, obtaining as results of clarity and coherence a value of 84.6%, and relevance of 92.3% and the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.910, found by the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The instrument was applied to 558 Baja Californian teachers, in a random non-probabilistic manner for convenience, obtaining the most revealing results that, in terms of training, 23% needed to be trained in all contents, 19% in evaluation and 16% in planning. Of the topics selected, by the surveyed teachers, where they most need training are evaluation and planning, they also mention Gamification, socio-emotional management and digital tools, topics that were not found in the reviewed documents.
