  • The object of this study concern the impact of common European law in the field of international commercial contracts. The legal sources recently produced are analyzed in special manner (from the more convention of 1980 to Reg. 593/2009). In his central core this analysis is dedicated to the choice of law of a legal order for the international intercourse of private subject (lex mercatoria).
