  • Six new species of the ostracod genus Brachycythere are described and illustrated from surface and subsurface samples of the Campanian and Maastrichtian of Saudi Arabia: Brachycythere arabica, B. glypta, B. meata, B. shamlani, B. tumida, and B. undosa. Their stratigraphic distribution is discussed.
