    A pesar de su validez desde tiempos antiguos, la posibilidad de otorgar testamento sin tener que acudir de manera física a la Notaría ha hecho resurgir de manera significativa su número de otorgamientos tras los confinamientos vividos. Desconocidos por la mayoría de la ciudadanía, la posibilidad que nos brinda el ordenamiento jurídico de otorgar testamento de manera más sencilla sin tener que desplazarnos ha sido de mucha utilidad. Por ello, se hará un repaso sobre su regulación y sobre el auge que han tenido los testamentos ológrafos en los últimos años en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico tras la crisis sanitaria vivida, así como su regulación.

    Despite its validity since ancient times, the possibility of granting a will without having to physically go to the Notary has significantly resurfaced its number of grants after the confinements experienced. Unknown to the majority of citizens, the possibility that the legal system offers us to grant a will in a simpler way without having to travel has been very useful. Far this reason, a review will be made of its regulation and of the boom that holographic wills have had in recent years in our legal system after the health crisis experienced, as well as its regulation.
