    Partimos de una de las hipótesis más importantes de Psicología de las masas y análisis del Yo, donde el Ideal del Yo es puesto en la figura del líder, renunciando sus integrantes a una importante parte de la realidad. Aun así, se hace necesario el apoyo en grandes grupos dada la imposibilidad del sujeto de vivir fuera de los mismos. Se propone la necesidad de un equilibrio entre la autonomía del Yo con el aporte de lo nuevo y creativo y aquello que impone la masa a sus integrantes. El acceso a lo nuevo, como algo excepcional, es tomado y explicado a través de las ideas de Bion, los que a través de una mente ampliada, selecciona hechos desde un universo complejo, tomando conciencia del camino hacia los cambios y hacia su propia evolución.

    The mass phenomenon and the Ego autonomy. This paper takes as its starting point one of the most important hypotheses of Group Psychology and the Analysis of the Ego, where the Ego ideal is assigned to the figure of the leader, so that the members of the mass renounce an important part of reality. Even so, the subject needs the support of large groups, without which his/her life is impossible. It is proposed that there is a need for a balance between the Ego autonomy, with the contribution of all that is new and creative, and what the mass imposes on its members. The access to the new as something exceptional is explained taking into account the ideas of Bion, whose expanded mind selects facts from a complex universe, aware of the path towards changes and towards its own evolution.
